SPX futures are sliding -0.87% but Bitcoin is ripping +5.55% and gold is pushing $4,642. The divergence is telling me something. Here's exactly where I'm positioned.
SPX is down nearly a percent pre-market while Bitcoin and gold are both screaming higher — that's not noise, that's a rotation signal. The dollar is soft, Health and Consumer are getting hit hardest, and the only green sectors are Energy and REIT. I know where I want to be today.

I'm long gold through physical and a futures-linked position — not adding here but not trimming either, stop is a close below $4,580. Bitcoin I already have exposure from lower; I'm not adding at $77K with greed elevated. Day trade sizing today is 75% of normal until SPX confirms a direction off $7,600. I'll take the PRLD long if it gives me that flag, and I'll short GOF if it fails the first 15-minute high. Economic data today could move the tape so I'm staying flat into any major print and re-entering after the reaction settles.
