S&P gave back 0.76% while Bitcoin surged nearly 5% to $72,698. Health and consumer led the selloff — here's how I'm sitting and what I'm watching Friday.
Broad market rolled over today and the divergence between equities and crypto was the loudest signal on the tape. SPX down 0.76%, BTC up 4.92% — that's not a coincidence, that's rotation out of risk-on equities and into digital assets, and I'm not fading it.

I grade today a B-. Got the metals move right — gold and silver both ran. Missed the BTC move because I trimmed too early at $70K. That one stings. Day trades were a wash; scanner flagged 0 qualified names pre-market and I sat on my hands for most of the morning session, which was the right call.
Holding gold through any dip to $4,540. BTC I'm back to a half position after trimming — adding if it holds $71,500 into tomorrow's open. SPX shorts are off the table until I see $7,600 break with conviction. Tomorrow I'm focused on PRLD at the open — clean float, catalyst, and RVOL that matters. If the gap holds above $6.20, I'm in.
