SPX dropped 0.61% on a brutal tech selloff while energy surged 1.60%. WEAV ran 31.74% on RVOL of nearly 30x — here's how the day graded out and what I'm watching Tuesday.
Tech got hit hard today — -2.61% on the sector while energy did the heavy lifting at +1.60% and health care chipped in +1.80%. The rotation was obvious by 10am and the SPX close at $7,697.98 feels fragile going into tomorrow.

I graded today a B-minus. Called the energy rotation right, missed sizing into WEAV early enough — I was watching it at $5.90 pre-market and hesitated. That's a discipline note, not a market note. My gold position is underwater on the day but I'm not moving my stop below $4,350 — nothing about today's macro changes the long thesis. Day trades were flat, which in a tape this choppy I'll take. Tomorrow I'm opening the session focused on whether tech stabilizes at the open or rolls over again — if SPX $7,650 cracks in the first 30 minutes, I'm cutting index exposure and sitting in cash until a clear level holds. WEAV is my primary scanner name into the open.
