Fear & Greed sitting at 68 (Greed) while the tape is red and the 10Y is pushing higher. That's a combination that makes me cautious on adding equities here. My gold position is working — I'm holding through any pullback to $4,620 with no add-ons until I see how SPX handles $7,280. BTC at $80,116 with Crypto Fear & Greed at 47 (Neutral) — no edge there, I'm flat on crypto overnight. Day trades were undersized and I stayed out of the ATRA move entirely, which cost me. Tomorrow I'm setting a hard alert at ATRA $8.50 premarket and if the tape gives me a clean open, I'm sizing in at half risk on a flag breakout.
